The Story Begins Here

❊ About Me

Hello, I’m Andreah Evans, and I’m so glad you’re here. I am a Certified Academic Language Therapist (CALT) dedicated to helping children with dyslexia discover the joy of reading and reach their full potential.

My journey began at the University of Texas at Austin, where I earned my degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders – Speech Language Pathology. After graduation, I became a special education teacher and quickly realized that many of my students with dyslexia needed a more specialized approach to reading intervention. That led me to pursue advanced training and certification as a dyslexia therapist.

As a CALT, I provide diagnostic, explicit, systematic, and multisensory language intervention designed specifically for children with dyslexia. This certification required over 700 clinical teaching hours, 200 instructional hours, video demonstrations, and a comprehensive exam—ensuring I am fully equipped to provide your child with the tools they need to succeed. More information on CALTs can be found here.

Now, as a dyslexia therapist living in Spain, I have the joy of working with families all over the world through my virtual services. No matter where you are, your child can receive high-quality, research-based instruction from the comfort of your home.

Beyond the credentials, my work is rooted in compassion, partnership, and family support. I see myself as part of your team, here to empower you with the knowledge, strategies, and confidence to support your child at home and advocate for them in school.

Together, we’ll celebrate victories (big and small), work through challenges, and build the confidence your child needs to thrive. Dyslexia is only one piece of who your child is, and with the right support, they can achieve incredible things.

Let’s Work Together!

I'd love to learn more about your child and discuss how I can support your family.
